Engineered by Excel Industries with an upgraded heavy-duty compound for enhanced cross-sectional rigidity and lifespan, this belt directly replaces legacy cogged belts 603907 and 603907R. It delivers power directly from the engine crankshaft pulley to the dual hydrostatic transmissions across selected residential and commercial zero-turn models. (Note: Redesigned Raptor X-Series machines utilize a separate hydro routing layout and different belt).
Hardware & Maintenance Notice:
- Before installing and operating your replacement belt, thoroughly inspect the structural condition of your hydro idler tension pulley, pump idler tension spring, and hydraulic cooling fan pulley blades. A dragging bearing or weak idler spring will twist, burn, or snap a new drive belt prematurely.
