Because it arrives fully pre-assembled, you can bolt it directly onto your mower caster fork without the hassle of mounting a new tire or seating stubborn beads. Utilizing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Toro parts ensures correct rolling clearance, smooth 360-degree pivoting, and factory-spec tracking alignment.

Hardware & Maintenance Notice:

  • Assembly Includes: (1) Front Tire (140-2736), (2) Flange Bushings (114-1640), (1) Valve Stem (232-27), and (1) Integrated Grease Fitting (203-5) for ongoing lubrication.
  • Inspect your front caster fork, axle bolt, lock nut, and caster spindle bearings during wheel replacement. Loose or worn fork hardware can cause steering wander and uneven deck leveling.
