This genuine factory service kit is designed to replace worn cooling fans and drive pulleys on select Hustler zero-turn riding mowers equipped with Hydro-Gear hydrostatic transmissions. As a complete dual-side refreshing kit, it provides the necessary OEM components to sustain thermal regulation and power transfer for both hydraulic drive assemblies.
Kit Includes:
- 1x 7.0" Cooling Fan (53821)
- 1x Pulley Disc (53804)
- 1x Pulley Hub (53812)
- 1x 1/2-20 H-Type Lock Nut (44133)
Maintenance Advisory
When replacing damaged transmission fans, always inspect the tension level of your idler pump belt, check the operation of the alignment idler pulley, and verify the structural loading of your tensioner spring. Faulty belt path tracking can lead to premature blade clipping or immediate fan fracture.
