Technical Bulletin: Upgraded Fuel Filtration
Early-production Raptor decks regularly left manufacturing facilities using the smaller body inline fuel canister (49019-0027). Following extensive engine longevity testing, Kawasaki revised its standard factory specification to the high-efficiency 49019-0031 filter packed inside this kit. The increased sediment surface area provides optimized pressure flow controls across both standard mechanical carbureted systems and digital EFI layouts.
