We design Tune-Up Kits to simplify maintenance of Hustler 54 IN Raptor XL riding lawn mowers. Performing regular maintenance improves performance and prevents unnecessary wear. Our custom kits include genuine Hustler, Kawasaki and NGK parts. These include all the OEM parts to re-power engines and renew blades (air filter, fuel filter, engine oil filter, oil and spark plugs). Authentic Hustler and Kawasaki parts maintain consistent performance and guarantee best fit.

The parts featured in this kit are the latest part numbers recommended by each manufacturer. Both Hustler and Kawasaki update part numbers and alter recommendations based on testing. We do our best to reference prior part numbers in the details below.

Please verify your model number and refer to images prior to ordering. There are multiple air filters offered on Kawasaki engines and multiple engine manufacturers used throughout the Hustler product line-up.

This kit exclusively fits Hustler 54” Raptor XL models equipped with Kawasaki FR651 engines and Raptor XD/Raptor XL models equipped with Kawasaki FR691 engines. The models listed below feature air filter 11013-0752. The engine parts are equivalent to Kawasaki Kit 99969-6543 formerly 99969-6425. All Hustler Raptor XL 54 IN models use the standard blade included in this kit.

Fuel Filter Distinction

Earlier models may feature smaller fuel filter 49019-0027. Based on performance and testing, Kawasaki has updated engines to the more efficient Fuel Filter 49019-0031. This is a larger fuel filter interchangeable with all carbureted and EFI engines.
