We design our custom Re-Power Kits to simplify seasonal maintenance for Hustler 54-inch Raptor X, Raptor XL, and Raptor XD riding lawn mowers. These complete packages pair authentic factory-authorized OEM components from Hustler, Kawasaki, and NGK to restore crisp cut quality, optimize engine horsepower, maintain fuel efficiency, and eliminate premature spindle and valvetrain wear.

• Kit Components Included: (1) Air Filter (Kawasaki 11013-0752 / Hustler 603059), (1) Foam Pre-Filter (Kawasaki 11013-7046), (1) Engine Oil Filter (Kawasaki 49065-0736 / Hustler 602581), (1) High-Flow Fuel Filter (Kawasaki 49019-0031 / Hustler 068478), (2) NGK Spark Plugs (BPR4ES), (2) Quarts Kawasaki KTech 10W-40 Engine Oil (99969-6296), and (3) Genuine Hustler 54" Cutting Blades (609269).
• Critical Generation Fitment: This kit will NOT fit earlier-generation Raptor or Raptor SD configurations. Designed exclusively for modern Raptor X/XL/XD models powered by Kawasaki FR651, FR691, or FR730 engines utilizing the oval air filter element.
• Inspect your spindle Belleville washers and blade mounting bolts whenever replacing cutting blades. Stretched hardware or rounded washers can cause blade slippage and deck vibration.

• Always check the 6-digit frame model number on your machine's chassis tag before ordering to guarantee precise deck and engine fitment.

Technical Detail: Fuel Filter Upgrade

Earlier builds may feature a smaller factory fuel filter (49019-0027). Based on performance testing, Kawasaki updated these engine platforms to use the high-efficiency 49019-0031 filter, providing increased filtration surface area and consistent fuel delivery across all modern carbureted and EFI variations.
