We design our custom Tune-Up Kits to simplify the seasonal maintenance of Hustler 54-inch Raptor SD and Raptor SDX zero-turn lawn mowers powered by Kawasaki FR-series engines. This custom package pairs factory-authorized OEM components from both Hustler and Kawasaki to restore crisp cut quality, optimize engine horsepower, maintain fuel efficiency, and eliminate premature spindle and valvetrain wear.

Hardware & Maintenance Notice:

• Kit Components Included: (1) Oval Air Filter (Kawasaki 11013-0752 / Hustler 603059), (1) Engine Oil Filter (Kawasaki 49065-0721 / Hustler 602581), (1) High-Flow Fuel Filter (Kawasaki 49019-0031 / Hustler 068478), (2) NGK Spark Plugs (BPR4ES), (2) Quarts Kawasaki KTech 10W-40 Engine Oil (99969-6296), and (3) Genuine Hustler 54" Hi-Lift Blades (601124).
• Critical Air Filter Fitment: Exclusively fits Kawasaki FR-Series engines utilizing the flat oval air filter element. Matches Kawasaki Re-Power Kit 99969-6543 (formerly 99969-6425). Physically inspect your engine filter style before ordering.
• Inspect spindle washers, blade mounting bolts, and deck drive belts during blade installation. Stretched bolts or rounded washers should be replaced immediately to ensure balanced rotation.

Technical Detail: Fuel Filter Upgrade

Earlier engine builds shipped with a compact canister filter (49019-0027). Kawasaki has standardized these engine series to use the high-efficiency 49019-0031 filter, providing increased filtration surface area and consistent fuel delivery across all modern carbureted and EFI variations.
