We design our custom Tune-Up Kits to simplify routine maintenance on Hustler 54" Raptor SD, Raptor Flip-Up, and select FasTrak riding mowers equipped with Kohler KT engines. Performing regular seasonal service improves engine performance, maintains fuel efficiency, and prevents unnecessary wear.
This kit includes all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory parts to completely re-power your engine and renew your deck blades. The engine components packaged in this kit are equivalent to Kohler Maintenance Kit 32 789 03-S.
CRITICAL AIR FILTER VERIFICATION:
This kit exclusively fits models featuring a canister-style air filter element (Kohler 32 083 13-S). Please physically inspect your engine filter before ordering. If your engine features a racetrack-shaped oval flat filter, this kit will not fit.

Maintenance Checklist:
Always evaluate the condition of your spindle washers and blade bolts when replacing cutting blades. If they show signs of thread wear or rounding, replacement hardware is available in the "You May Also Like" section above.
