Genuine factory replacement 6.00-inch flat idler pulley manufactured by Excel Industries for Hustler Turf Equipment. This versatile heavy-duty pulley functions both as a fixed idler on the front of the cutting deck and mounted onto the deck tensioner idler arm to ensure proper drive belt tracking and tension. Engineered specifically for Hustler Raptor SDX, 48" FasTrak, FasTrak SD, and FasTrak SDX zero-turn mower models.
Required Hardware & Inspection Notice:
- Please inspect the condition of all mounting bolts, idler arm bushings, tension return springs, and belt guides when replacing deck idler pulleys. A worn bearing or misaligned idler can cause premature belt throwing and uneven wear.
