We design our custom Tune-Up Kits to simplify routine seasonal maintenance on 34" Hustler Dash XD riding lawn mowers. Performing regular maintenance improves engine performance, protects internal components, and prevents unnecessary wear. Our custom kits feature entirely factory-original parts from Hustler, Kawasaki, and NGK to re-power your engine and renew your deck blades while guaranteeing an exact fit.

CRITICAL DECK & FILTER SPECIFICATION VERIFICATION:

This kit exclusively fits Hustler 34" Dash XD models equipped with a Kawasaki FR541 engine utilizing air filter 11013-0727. The cutting blades included in this bundle are unique to Dash XD frames and will not fit standard baseline Dash lines. The engine components are equivalent to Kawasaki maintenance package 99969-6541 (formerly 99969-6423).

Fuel Filter Technical Distinction:

Earlier production models may have originally shipped with a smaller 49019-0027 element. Based on field testing, Kawasaki has officially updated all running configurations to the larger, high-efficiency 49019-0031 filter. This modern component is fully interchangeable with all older carbureted and EFI systems.
