This custom-assembled seasonal maintenance kit simplifies the upkeep of your premium Honda HRX217 lawn mower. It includes all necessary genuine OEM components to refresh your powertrain and optimize your MicroCut® twin-blade cutting system. Regular maintenance restores crisp cutting performance, maintains peak horsepower, improves fuel efficiency, and prevents unnecessary internal engine wear.

Kit Contents & Maintenance Notice:

  • Kit Includes: (1) Air Filter Element (17211-Z8B-901), (1) NGK Spark Plug BPR5ES (98079-55846), (1) 12 oz. Bottle Honda 10W-30 Oil (08213-10W30), (1) MicroCut Upper Blade (72531-VH7-000), (1) MicroCut Lower Blade (72511-VL0-000), and (1) The Mower Shop Service Decal.
  • Critical Serial Number Break: The flat paper air filter element in this kit is strictly for HRX217 K4 through current generations (Serial ranges MAGA-2200001 & up and all MAMA configurations). Earlier versions (K1–K3) use a cylindrical/oval green filter element and have a different oil capacity.
  • While completing your engine tune-up, inspect drive belts, control cables, recoil starter rope, drive wheels, and blade bolts. Swapping out tired support hardware prevents unexpected project delays mid-season.

  • Always check your deck frame's silver VIN barcode badge prior to ordering to ensure exact generation match.
