Stock Item versus Non Stock Item
We offer thousands of parts, accessories and products through our website. There are 3 categories.
Stock Item
In Stock items ship from our facility by the next business day. This term refers to parts, accessories and products regularly stocked in our facility. Our website displays the number of items in our current inventory. If our current inventory is sold out, customers may order from our inbound orders (available on back order).
Non Stock Item
Non Stock Item refers to any part, accessory or product that is not stocked in our facility. These parts, accessories and products typically ship within 4-5 business days. The term was chosen because many brand new parts and less popular products are available quickly from our manufacturers. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 days of order date.
We do not offer faster shipping options on non-stock items because delays with manufacturers, supplier back orders and other supply chain issues may apply to these orders. We notify all customers if delays occur.
Out of Stock
Out of stock refers to parts, accessories and products that are not currently unavailable from the manufacturer. When manufacturers have a published back order, we remove the listing from our website. Back orders with manufacturers are common but typically brief. Once stock is replenished we reactivate our listings.
