Return Policy

No Hassle Returns If the wrong item is shipped, damaged by carrier or lost by carrier, please contact The Mower Shop.

Within the following terms, buyers may return parts and products for any reason within 30 days of delivery date for the price of the product MINUS any shipping charges paid upfront at time of purchase (flat rate shipping charge if order is under $100). All products must be unopened and returned in sellable condition. There are no returns on electrical components including but not limited to PTO Clutch, switches, relays, batteries, chargers and wire harnesses. Any part returned open, used or otherwise outside of sellable condition is ineligible for refund. Return shipping including purchase of shipping labels is the responsibility of the buyer. For your convenience, we offer the option to request a shipping label (the cost of shipping will be deducted from refund). The Mower Shop provides prepaid return shipping labels in the following cases: carrier damage, lost packages and incorrect items. 

Carrier Damage If your delivery has been damaged during transport, please accept shipment and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier on the damage claim, and arrange delivery of a new order. Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing any delivery receipt. Due to the nature of the packaging materials used, slight surface damage to the packaging may occur during transport. If you notice this slight surface packaging damage, please note that “hidden damage” may have occurred during transport when you sign any delivery receipt. Slight surface damage to the packaging rarely means damage to the unit or parts within the box.

Returning Items To initiate return simply print a copy of the original purchase confirmation or shipment confirmation. Purchase a shipping label and ship to:

Refunds Issued Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your original method of payment within 10 days.

Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the wrong item is shipped, damaged by carrier or lost by carrier, please contact The Mower Shop. You may also request a shipping label from us. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Hazardous Materials Warning If the product contains any combustible or hazardous materials, contact and follow the directions of your preferred shipping carrier.

Damaged Returns You are responsible for the secure return of all products and parts. We encourage you to insure delicate items with your preferred shipping carrier.

Cancelled Orders Once an order has been shipped, it may not be cancelled. If you refuse an order that has been shipped, you will be responsible for both outbound and return freight charges

The Mower Shop Reserves the right to refuse to sell any item to any person for any reason not prohibited by law.
