Winter Service Pick-Up Schedule

Pick up starts November 1 and is fully booked through March. We organize our schedule logistically by for every zip code we service. Below you will find a forecast of when each zip code will be picked up from December 2021 through March 2022. Weather and other surprises will impact our actual schedule.

Please Note: We have made 2 distinct changes to the program starting November 2021:
- Blade Replacement
During tune-ups, we now install new blades. Manufacturers advise replacing blades annually. New blades are perfectly balanced and the cutting edge retains cut quality longer than sharpened blades.
In recent years, many customers have noted a rapid decline in cut quality during the spring. New blades are factory sharp with a broader cutting surface. Many manufacturers also coat new blades to protect against oxidation and dulling. In short, new blades perform better and last longer into the season than sharpened blades.
- Secure Payment When service is complete, we send a link via text message to a secure online payment via ACH. This is a secure method to pay from your bank account. This link also includes an option to pay with a credit card but there is a processing fee for credit card payments.As always, customers may mail in checks or pay in store via cash, check or credit card.
Pick-Up & Delivery Process
Pick-Up Notification
- You will receive an email the week prior to your pick-up date. This is a simple notification so you know our schedule in advance.
- The day before your actual pick up date you will receive an email.
- Please confirm this appointment with a simple reply of YES
- On the day, please leave your equipment in front of your garage so our drivers can see it
- Please let us know if your equipment is in any other location
- Our drivers tag your lawnmower with identification prior to securing onto our trucks
Tune-Up & Maintenance
- Senior technicians inspect your equipment upon arrival
- Standard tune-up maintenance is performed
- All of your notes will be addressed
- We provide free estimates of additional issues found by our technicians
- You can approve or decline work via text or phone
- After service is completed all equipment is cleaned and inspected by senior technicians
Delivery Notification
- You will receive an text notification prior to delivery
- This text message includes a secure link to pay via ACH or Credit Card
- There is no fee for ACH. This is a secure method to pay directly from a bank account
- There is an additional fee to pay via credit card online
- As always, you can pay by mail with a check and in-store with cash, check or credit card
- We no longer accept any payments by phone
- On the day of delivery, our drivers return equipment to same location we picked up
- A paper work order is attached your equipment
Pick Up Forecast
Please refer to the calendar to know when we plan to be in your zip code. This calendar provides a general forecast of when we plan to pick-up equipment in your zip code. In climate weather will alter our schedule throughout the winter.
We take note of vacation dates on your registration and will avoid these dates when scheduling your exact pick up date.
