Return Policy

No Hassle Returns on All Orders. You may return any part or product for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Damage Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Due to the nature of the packaging materials used, slight surface damage to the packaging may occur during transport. If you notice this slight surface packaging damage, please note that "hidden damage” may have occurred during transport when you sign the delivery receipt. Slight surface damage to the packaging rarely means damage to the unit.

If your delivery has been seriously damaged during transport, please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company on the damage claim, and arrange delivery of a new unit. 
The Mower Shop Reserves the right to refuse to sell any item to any person for any reason not prohibited by law. 

Returning Items To begin return process call 317-849-9500. Our associates will provide detailed instructions.

Refunds Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your original method of payment within 10 days.

Hazardous Materials Warning If the product contains any combustible or hazardous materials, contact and follow the directions of your preferred shipping carrier.

Damaged Returns You are responsible for the secure return of all products and parts. We encourage you to insure delicate items with your preferred shipping carrier. 

Cancelled Orders Once an order has been shipped, it may not be cancelled. If you refuse an order that has been shipped, you will be responsible for both outbound and return freight charges
